Nice clean hotel situated at the South end of Blackpool just before the Pleasure Beach. Plenty of free on street parking. Clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast was included and was cooked well. Within walking distance of tram stops ,pubs and takeaways.
This was the best hotel we have ever stayed at the staff is amazing. Very helpful. They went out of there way to make us feel comfortable and help me and my kids with all our needs. The bed and rooms were very spacious and comfortable. My kids loved this hotel and the prices was amazing and low compared to any other hotel in blackpool. Would always recommend this hotel and i would only use this hotel whenever i visit blackpool. Love this hotel so welcoming. Thank you for all the kindness and amazing service.
We stayed here a few times when it was Trivelles and the new staff were very accommodating to our needs. Any questions or problems were dealt with from booking to checking in efficiently and very quickly. The staff are very well mannerd couldn't do enough for us checking on our need etc and if we needed anything at all were very happy to help.
Perfect location for the heliport or airport.. mars & the two next door are the three closest hotels to both. The guy waited up late for me until almost 11pm when my train was delayed & they usually close at 10pm so it was really good of him. I accidentally damaged something & offered to pay for it but he wouldn't take payment...so understanding & sound of him. You can see he's investing in the place & trying to make it better, not just neglecting it like at some places. There was a radiator in the room which I could turn up or down myself & I liked that (better than those ceiling units you get in the big hotels). I was given a free room upgrade to a sea view room & it had been a steal of a price anyway so it was pretty awesome of them. I'll definitely got back because of the close proximity to the heliport but it's also very close to the beach (just over the road) & the promenade & South pier is just a short walk away.
Excellent location, very clean ,friendy owners nothing too much trouble we made a complaint and was sorted asap , cant wait to come back , little downside could do with bedside lamps and window cleaned to see the Seaview
Manager and staff very welcoming, helpful & friendly. There is a cute shop on site. To our delight we were given one extra complimentary night which is for all existing customers.
By far one of the best hotels I have stayed in! The staff cater and care for each customer that walks through the door, very considerate and polite. Interiors are modern, each corridor and passage through the hotel has a luxury clean smell to it. Even has public toilets downstairs accessible to use when needed instead of going all the way up. Bathrooms were clean and spotless and so were the room me and my family stayed in! One family room had 2 rooms inside each room having its own bathroom and shower! We were surprised with how spacious and clean our room felt. Beds were comfortable and have a really homely atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and visit again! This hotel is by far one of the safest and most luxurious hotels in Blackpool and with a great price value! Don’t sleep on a place like this! Get booking for your next summer holiday. If you’re looking for clean, cosy accommodation with friendly staff this is the perfect place to go. Just on the doorstep of the Pleasure beach and away from the Central chaos lies this little gem. Accessible with ramp & lift the tram stop is just across the road & free parking outside with the Glitterball sparkling just a few feet away. Personally I won’t go anywhere else now that I have discovered the Mars Hotel & the Seaview rooms are worth the extra few pounds. The tuck shop within the premises supplies amongst many items confectionary & hot drinks. Friendly staff are never far away from reception should you have any extra requirements & are working hard to make the dream work.
